Bingo Night is a spooktacular event at which the Westbriar community wears Halloween costumes, plays Bingo, wins prizes and enjoys a 6th grade bake sale!

 

COST

Bingo cards will be sold at the door. (1 card for $2 and 3 cards for $5). The same cards may be used all night.  Each player will receive 1 free raffle ticket for extra prizes.  Those wearing a costume will be given two raffle tickets.  The raffle will take place at the end of the night.

 

 

PRIZE DONATIONS

Please donate prizes.   We would like to collect enough prizes for each Bingo winner and a raffle at the end of the night.  Prizes should be new, unused and elementary school age appropriate.  Examples are:  popular books, art supplies, board/electronic games, event tickets, etc.  Gift cards are also very popular with kids of all ages. These may be placed in a bin marked Bingo Night in the PTA room (opposite the school office).  If you have questions or prefer to arrange for another method of delivery, contact Astrid Atkins.

 

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

This PTA event is run by parent volunteers.  If your children are attending and can play Bingo alone or with another adult, please volunteer. It is easy and fun.  CLICK HERE to sign up.

 

 

TREATS!  

Yummy treats will be sold by the 6th graders.  Proceeds will be used to fund their end-of-year 6th grade party.
