Volunteer in your child's classroom!

 

GRACE Arts is a PTA-funded supplemental art program that allows the students an extra art experience once a month during the school day.  It is a volunteer-run program where parent volunteers present an artist or subject each month followed by a coordinating art project.  The class is between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the age of the children and the schedule of the teacher. 

 

Each month we study a different artist or subject.  We provide background information, project suggestions, art posters, and art materials.  Following are the artists or subjects we will cover this year:

            February         Andrew Wyeth (American, Realist Painter)
            March             Art of India
            April                Joan Miro (Spanish, Surrealist Painter)
