Reflections 2011 Program - DUE OCTOBER 21, 2011!

 

 

 

All Westbriar ES students are invited to participate in the 2011-2012 Reflections Program sponsored by the P.T.A. This is a program where students create artwork in one of six areas (photography, visual arts, literature, musical composition, film/video production, dance choreography) based on a particular theme. The 2011-2012 theme is

 

"Diversity Means..." 

 

According to Webster's Dictionary,  it can mean…"1.   a point of difference;  2.  variety,  multiformity, difference.  3.  the state or fact of being diverse."    Have your child take on the challenge of interpreting what diversity is in a creative, thoughtful way by participating in this year's  Reflections program.

 

Students may enter in as many categories as they would like and as many times within a category as they would like.  This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to be creative!

 

All entries must comply with the General Rules, and include the Entry Form and the Consent_Form.

 

HURRY! Projects are due October 21, 2011.

(Drop off in Main office between Oct 17-21.)

All participants will be recognized at an awards ceremony later on in the fall. Top entries move on to be judged by district/state and then the national level.  It is a wonderful opportunity for your child to be creative!
