Location:  Choose your own route!

Cost:   $20 per participant

Registration Deadline:   Friday, March 18, 2022; registrations made by February 28th will receive an event t-shirt.  Registrations are non-refundable*.

*Race directors reserve the right to change the race format based on school, district, and CDC guidelines.  No refunds will be given due to the charity aspect of the event.  

All registrants are automatically entered to win two free tickets to see the Capitals play the Devils on 3/26!

How it works:     Starting on Friday, March 18, get out there, and get moving!  After your run/walk, email emilymcilvaine@gmail.com with the participant names and distances covered to be entered into the prize raffle.  Deadline to submit entries will be 11:59pm (2359) on Sunday, March 20.

This year, in addition to the regular running component, we will be adding an adventure theme.  Using a format similar to geocaching, participants will be encouraged to explore the Westbriar neighborhood in search of checkpoints.  Each checkpoint will provide participants an opportunity to document their discovery and earn extra entries into a prize raffle. Stay tuned for more details.

Event T-shirt distribution:   T-shirt pickup will take place on Thursday, March 17 from 4:00 - 6:00pm in front of the school. 

“Chalk the Walk!” – If you live in the school neighborhood, encourage your friends by chalking your sidewalk or putting out motivational signs.

    Why we are running

    Get out, get healthy, and support your school and community at the same time! 

    This year's event will be supporting the Rustic Love Vienna organization in its endeavor to aid groups who help feed local, food-insecure families.

    Event proceeds will be split between Rustic Love Vienna and the Westbriar PTA.
