Code Python with Fun

Grades 4-6

Offered by Stemtree. Python is one of the most popular programming languages used in data sciences and machine learning today. Unfortunately, a text-based learning environment to teach python is not the right educational environment for younger kids. The heavy amounts of typing, typos, and syntax errors present major hurdles to children and discourage them from going beyond their first “Hello World” program. At Stemtree, we introduce Python to students using a familiar, friendly, and easy-to-use environment that helps enhance their critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with our fun, engaging, and grade-level activities. Students will learn Python computer programming concepts in a fun and interactive way to create their own games and solve real-life problems. As students advance, they will be taught concepts like loops, lists, class structure, and many more.
