Adrenaline Dance Force Hip Hop at WESTBRIAR ELEMENTARY!

Adrenaline is a professional dance organization made up of instructors who have taught and performed all over the world; bringing the most current trends and styles to our area. Our quality instructors have coached, choreographed, and danced for professional teams, studios, All Star programs, and high schools. As well, we have a team of B-boy instructors! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be trained by the Dance Force!

• Girls AND Boys welcome! 
• Class will be split into K-3 and 4-6 and staffed appropriately. 
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for dance is recommended (sneakers for Hip Hop MUST be worn, no socks, sandals, or open toe shoes).
• Dates: January 9 - March 19 (no class held when school is closed)
• Time: 1:30pm - 2:30pm (Mondays are half days)

Refund policy:  Refund requests must be received seven days before the beginning of classes to be issued in full.  Any refund requests made thereafter (up to halfway through the class) will include the fees for the remaining classes less a $25.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after the class has ended or after more than half the class has progressed.

WAIVER: Please read the waiver below. You will be asked to agree to the waiver at registration.

 In the event of injury or illness arising during participation of my child in any Adrenaline Dance Force classes/ activities, I the undersigned parent/guardian/self, do hereby give permission for my child/ward to receive the emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by the designated family physician or by another qualified, licensed physician who is available (doctor, dentist, emergency medical person).  I acknowledge, understand and agree that this authorization is to be used only in emergency situations when I cannot be contacted or when I am able to be contacted by cannot be present.  I hereby hold Adrenaline Dance Force and its employees harmless in the exercise of this authority.  I understand that participation in dance class activities involves the risk of injury.  I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from activities; and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Adrenaline Dance Force and it’s employees for any claim arising out of injury to the applicant whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.  I grant permission to use my likeness in photo or video during these activities for marketing and promotional materials.
